He is an associate professor of law, the head of the School of Law at MCC and of the Barna Horváth Hungary Law and Liberty Circle. He holds a doctorate in law from the Pázmány Péter Catholic University, a Master of Business Administration from Canisius University, New York, USA. He previously served as a chief counsel at the Constitutional Court of Hungary and as an advisor at the European Parliament.

His main research interests include international economic law along with the role of state regulation and public interests in economic globalization, the international legal protection of cultural heritage, the history, institutional setting, decision-making process of the European integration along with the debates on its future challenges.
