Yesterday afternoon, Balázs Sándorfi, the founding and managing director of bankmonitor.hu, was the guest of our "Betekintő" ("Insight") course of the School of Economics. During the conversation, students were able to gain insight into the online brokerage market for financial products and learn about the challenges faced by the number one person in a market-leading company, what a venture capitalist can help with, when is it necessary or unnecessary to have a business plan, and whether there will be a cashier or cash at banks in ten years’ time. The participants talked about negative shocks, perseverance, the joy of recovering, and the strength of teamwork. It was an exciting, thought-provoking evening!
