(Re)built Heritage

When establishing talent centers in the Hungarian countryside, Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) preserves values as well renovates and restores buildings with a long history that have been in poor condition, neglected or disused for a while. In the case of each property, MCC focuses on environmental sustainability, a design which sits in harmony with the landscape, the preservation of cultural values and built heritage, only undertaking developments that benefit the community, in the best interests of the residents and the local economy.

As a result of these investments, these properties will regain their former central role in their respective towns. MCC is committed to restoring the buildings to their former glory, bringing them and their surroundings back to life. With the new buildings, MCC will be part of the cultural life of the towns and cities: they will host a café, a bookshop, a community space for talented youth, offering open programs for the local public.

The primary objective of these developments is to bring MCC's high-standard training programs to the cities.
