Ariel González Levaggi is the Director of the Center for International Studies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, where he also serves as associate professor and directs the U.S. Study Program. He is an associate researcher at CRIES and co-chair of the Asia and the Americas section of the Latin American Studies Association. His research explores Latin America's relations with non-Western actors and global geopolitical trends. He has published extensively, including two books: Confrontational and Cooperative Regional Orders (2020) and From the Indo-Pacific to the South Atlantic (2022). He holds a PhD from Koç University.
